Your tracking number is sent to the email address used at checkout after your order has been dispatched. If you have a Velune customer account, order information may also be available there.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and may not appear immediately after dispatch. Please allow time for the first scan to register. If the status remains unusual, contact our support team.
What are the estimated delivery times?
Orders delivered within the European Union typically arrive in 3–7 business days. International deliveries typically arrive in 7–21 business days. These are estimates and may vary by destination or carrier conditions.
