Yes. Velune offers a 30-day manufacturing warranty for eligible structural or material manufacturing defects. This voluntary warranty is additional to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

If you encounter an issue with your Velune item, contact our support team with your order number and clear photographs of the product so we can review your request.

Tracked shipping is complimentary on every Velune order, with no minimum spend. No promotional code is required. The free tracked shipping rate is applied automatically at checkout.

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the European Union and 7–21 business days for international orders, beginning after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, holidays, weather or seasonal demand. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch.

If a shipment is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged or shows an unexpected tracking status, contact support@velunecompany.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review the available tracking data and, where appropriate, work with the carrier to investigate.

Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout and may vary depending on your location and device.

In addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you, VeluneCompany currently offers a voluntary 60-day return window from delivery. Eligible items should be unworn, unused, in the same condition received, and returned with their original tags, accessories and packaging. Contact support@velunecompany.com before sending anything back so we can provide the applicable return instructions.

Under the current Return & Refund Policy, return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. For a different size or style, the usual process is to return the original eligible item and place a new order once the return has been approved. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
