The Ostuni is for the woman who wants one soft bag for every day and likes to wear it on the shoulder. It measures 31 x 16 x 10 cm and weighs about 450 g.

Wide strips of vegan leather are woven into a basket that widens toward the base. The braided handle is fixed at both top corners, and a drawstring bag sits inside the open top.

• Drawstring inner bag: pull the cord to close the top, or lift the bag out and carry it alone in the evening.
• Braided handle: a 25 cm drop that sits under the arm or hangs from the hand.
• Wide-strip weave: the body stays soft and folds in a little when there is not much inside.
• No metal hardware: the only extras are the drawstring cord and its two leather tips.
• Eleven colors: including Lime Green, Coffee, Red, Mint Green and Pink.

Why vegan leather?

No animal hide goes into it, and it stays light on the shoulder. A damp cloth wipes it clean after a day out.

Care

Wipe the weave with a soft damp cloth and let it dry away from radiators and direct sun. When you put it away, keep the inner bag inside and fill the body with tissue so it keeps its shape.

Each Maris bag is made in a small run, and this one is nearly gone. When this one sells out, it does not come back.

Remove surface dust and small particles with a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush. For more persistent marks, use a slightly damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap, working gently and without saturating the material.

Open the straps to reach concealed areas. Use a slightly damp, soft-bristled brush and clean with light circular motions. Wipe the sole with a damp cloth or a suitable brush to remove residue.

Avoid abrasive products, harsh chemicals, machine washing and direct heat. Allow your pair to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight. Care requirements may vary depending on the material.
